Project 04650 "StaleBeton"

  • «Stalebeton» – class РС – «К⍟ Berth-connected ship (G, S) FSO»
  • «Stalebeton» – provides storage of more than 18,300 m3 of petroleum products in 10 segregations – the ability to store various cargoes in one building
  • «Stalebeton» – single-hull steel-concrete vessel, design and construction is carried out under the supervision of the RS (the possibility of using an alternative single-hull structure has been approved by the RS GUR)
  • «Stalebeton» – Effective solution of the tasks of storage, reception and delivery of bulk cargoes directly at the berthing wall of the shipping terminal
  • «Stalebeton» – For railway vessels, docking is replaced by diving inspection – there is no need for decommissioning.
  • «Stalebeton» – an uninhabited vessel with a high level of automation – does not require a crew on board
  • «Stalebeton» – integration of the ship’s instrumentation and control system with a similar-purpose terminal–based system – accurate and prompt commercial accounting of cargo operations
  • «Stalebeton» – suitable for shallow Arctic waters

Project 04080 "Neobeton"

  • The vessel is designed for safe year-round storage of petroleum products in temperate latitudes and low (up to 3 points) waves. The vessel can store up to four types of fuel in a segregated manner.
  • At the request of the customer, the vessel’s design can be adapted for operation in a specific region, including in Arctic shallow ports, port points, bays, and shallow waters of Arctic rivers.
  • The vessels of the Neobeton project are the most effective solution to the problems of receiving petroleum products from a tanker carrier, safe year-round storage and delivery of petroleum products to vehicles.
  • The vessels have a shallow draft (4.2 m with a storage volume of about 14.4 thousand cubic meters. m), therefore, they can be used in shallow Arctic waters and closed bays and port points of the Northern Sea Route (NSR).
  • The operational needs of the rack vessels of the 04080 project are provided with the help of a shore support unit, designed for a specific parking location.
